Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and local businesses.
- Oversee the sales team and provide coaching to enhance performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:
