The Role
- Serve as the liaison between cybersecurity vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee information systems planning, implementation, and management across hardware, software, and networking.
- Diagnose and resolve user-facing technical issues and IT-related problems.
- Install and configure infrastructure, including Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Local Area Networks (LANs), and Wide Area Networks (WANs).
- Monitor and maintain WANs, wireless systems, and general network performance.
- Implement baseline cybersecurity protocols to safeguard data and systems.
- Ensure regular backups and maintain system recovery processes.
- Manage updates and maintenance of the corporate website.
- Optimize site responsiveness, integration, and performance across platforms.
- Recommend and execute improvements to technical site architecture.
The Background Profile
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in IT system administration or website development
- WordPress administration and theme/API integration experience
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce integrations is preferred
- Familiarity with NetSuite platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) Cybersecurity Maturity Model is a plus
