What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Relationship Specialist position at Blattner Energy, Inc.?
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Assists Account Managers with building strong relationships that foster client loyalty by interacting professionally and proactively communicating with clients in a warm and respectful manner.
- Drives retention and growth among current and potential clients by understanding their needs, properly aligning them to informative meetings, and actively engaging them throughout the relationship.
- Coordinates and attends consistent, intentional, and action driven meetings with clients and suppliers. Develops agendas to share with meeting attendees and takes notes during the meetings to capture action items, track action items and complete follow-up on them. Development of client reference documents for senior leadership.
- Responsible for execution, tracking, management of assigned Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and client compliance platforms. Collaboration with other departments to gather information to meet expectations and deliver these items on time and accurately.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Associates degree in business, communications, or a related area required; or an equivalent combination of education and on-the-job experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate customer service; or related experience required. Experience working within a CRM system preferred.

$22.20 - $30.53 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
