A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Managing teams of self-perform Wind Installation crews
- Tracking and controlling of costs and schedule of the project at the field level
- Responsible for overall safety of personnel within the scope of work
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the field in a timely manner
- Providing regular coaching and feedback to Assistant Superintendents and Forepersons
