- Aligns Blattner's business goals to be an industry leader by improving and implementing procedures and processes as directed by the Manager I, Continuous Improvement.
- Facilitates complex cross functional projects from conception to completion.
- Facilitates groups of individuals on continuous improvement efforts.
- Observe processes business and or field related with the objective of executing continuous improvement efforts.
- Facilitates continuous development of improvements and updates to processes and materials that will enhance and streamline organizational process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction, Training and Development or similar field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of related experience, preferably in construction management, industrial engineering, quality, safety, electrical, or similar type role.
- Technical writing experience and a Lean six sigma green belt certification preferred and or the ability to complete certification in the first year of employment.
- Ability to influence others up and down the organizational chart.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Salary : $81,479 - $118,145
