Duties and Responsibilities
- Hands-on leader with the ability and desire to manage & lead the accounting team.
- Work in conjunction with the owners and partners of the business to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Responsible for managing all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, treasury management, and financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Effectively manage and mentor accounting team, including recruiting, training, and retaining talent.
