Our client a leading Commercial general contractor based in Dallas, TX are looking to grow their team with a Preconstruction Manager. The company focus on commercial projects ranging from $10M - $50M.
The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for estimating and determining budgets, conceptual pricing, and overall costs of new and existing construction projects and building a small team.
Responsibilities :
- Verify material quantities
- Relationship maintenance with client and vendor
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and conceptual estimates for new projects
- Develop competitive bids for new work
- Subcontractor vetting
- Provide cost reduction ideas
- Build relationships with contractors and assess market conditions
Qualifications :
Compensation :
130,000 - $170,000 base salary
