We are currently searching for a Project Manager with ground up commercial construction experience, to join a leading general contractor to be based in Houston. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and managing all aspects of the construction project, from estimating to delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing and managing budgets, timelines, and project plans, as well as ensuring the highest level of quality is met throughout the entire process. Successful candidates need strong estimating experience, including the ability to accurately assess construction costs, materials and labour.
Requirements
- construction related degree or equivalent
- Experience on ground up commercial construction projects preferably within education or healthcare.
- Strong budgeting experience
