What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Superintendent position at Blayze Group?
Our client a leading commercial general contractor based in Dallas, TX are looking to add to their team a Superintendent. The Superintendent will be accountable for the progress and successful completion of a wide range of commercial sites on time, under budget, and in accordance with project drawings, specifications and other contractual agreements. The general contractor specialize in K12, Banking and Data Center projects.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute pre-job plan
- Conduct weekly staff meetings and production meetings
- Determine construction techniques to be used
- Oversee quality control of all construction
- Maintain project schedule creating a 2-3 week look ahead
- Appropriately allocate manpower and resources
- Manage all vendors and subcontractors on a daily and weekly basis. Identifying and resolving problems as they arise
- Maintain a clean and orderly job site
