As they continue expanding in the Orlando market, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Project Executive to lead their growing pipeline of projects.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring experience managing both large-scale residential and commercial projects, ensuring their successful delivery from pre-construction through closeout. This individual will play a key leadership role, working closely with owners, developers, and internal teams to maintain quality, efficiency, and profitability across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects from conception to completion
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts, ensuring financial and operational success
- Direct project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact
- Identify and mitigate risks, delays, and construction challenges to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and quality control standards
- Enforce OSHA and company safety regulations to maintain a strong safety culture
- Provide leadership in progress meetings, reporting, and project documentation
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive in multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial construction
- Strong background in ground-up development, including luxury condos, apartment communities, retail spaces, and office projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Expertise in scheduling, budgeting, contract negotiation, and construction management software
- Deep understanding of structural systems, concrete, steel, and high-end finishes
- Ability to work closely with developers, investors, and high-level stakeholders
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
