Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2 year period, and $2,000 for Non-DNA experience paid over a 1 year period for all branch and member experience center positions.

What You Will Do
- Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services to meet their individual needs
- Perform duties and responsibilities with regard to opening and processing changes on the following account types: Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal and Business Accounts
- Oversee consumer loan process following approved guidelines
- Create meaningful relationships via excellent service and fact to face interaction
- Support your team by taking initiative to meet Blaze's growth objectives
- You are passionate about helping others, member centric, and goal driven
- You have an understanding of account opening, lending, and other financial products
- You are comfortable having conversations and making recommendations
- You seek new ways to serve others in your community, are innovative, and thrive on challenges
- You work well with others, even when things don’t go as planned
- You enjoy a fast paced environment and can multi-task
- You have 1-3 years’ experience working in a financial institution (required)
- You have a High School degree or GED (required)
- Competitive WAGES (minimum $20 hour, Saturday paid at 1.5x for hours worked)
