What are the responsibilities and job description for the Launchpad Coordinator position at Blaze Gymnastics?
COMPANY OVERVIEW
At Blaze Gymnastics and Blaze Launchpad, we prioritize children's growth, confidence, and well-being. Since 2012, we've provided a premier gymnastics and ninja training center, offering programs for children ages 12 months to 18 years. In addition to classes, we host competitive gymnastics teams, birthday parties, camps, adult classes, private lessons, and more.
Across our two facilities, spanning over 25,000 square feet, we provide state-of-the-art equipment designed for athletes of all ages and skill levels. From equipment tailored for young beginners to advanced training tools like beams, bars, and vault runways with a foam pit, we ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. Open seven days a week, we offer flexible scheduling and allow make-up classes to accommodate busy families.
Blaze Gymnastics and Blaze Launchpad operate as two distinct facilities within the same plaza. Blaze Gymnastics houses school-aged gymnastics classes, trampoline and tumbling classes, and competitive teams. Blaze Launchpad is home to our Preschool Gymnastics and Ninja Bootcamp programs.
At Launchpad, our Preschool Gymnastics classes introduce fundamental movement skills in a fun, structured setting where toddlers build confidence and make new friends. Ninja Bootcamp blends obstacle training, gymnastics, martial arts, and freestyle movement, allowing kids to develop at their own pace while building physical and mental resilience. Through these programs, we empower children with the skills, confidence, and mindset to continue growing both in and out of the gym.
