Blaze Pizza is on a mission to redefine fast-casual dining with premium ingredients, culinary creativity, and a bold brand. We’re searching for an innovative and strategic Vice President of Culinary to lead our culinary vision, bring new flavor innovation to life, and strengthen our position as the category leader in fast-fired pizza.
Based at our Atlanta headquarters, this role is a key member of our leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and partnering cross-functionally across Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Franchise Support.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and evolve the culinary strategy for Blaze Pizza, ensuring alignment with our brand, guest expectations, and business goals
- Spearhead innovation across our core menu, LTOs, seasonal features, and customization experience
- Translate culinary trends, consumer insights, and data into crave-worthy product development
- Oversee test kitchen operations, R&D processes, and commercialization from concept to roll-out
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure ingredient availability, quality, and cost effectiveness
- Partner with Marketing on go-to-market strategy, storytelling, and new product launches
- Ensure operational execution by working closely with Operations and Training to bring innovation to life in our restaurants
What You Bring
- 5 years of culinary leadership experience in fast-casual or QSR, with a track record of successful product innovation
· 3-5 years in food manufacturing experience in product development, operations or QA
- Passion for pizza, flavor, and ingredient-forward menu development
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance creativity and cost
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with executive leadership
- Experience working with franchise partners a plus
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
