We are looking for hard working, outgoing, energetic restaurant management personnel who excel working in a fast paced, fast casual restaurant environment.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work 40-45 hours per week
- High School Diploma or GED
- Open availability - including nights and weekends
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and effectively train all personnel including team members and assistant managers
- Inventory Management and portion control - Food Cost Management
- Ensure that all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks and checklists are complete
- Interview and Hire staff
- Complete all onboarding requirements including everify on all new hires
- Schedule staff to provide quality guest experience while managing labor cost
- Ensure that daily cash drawers, sage and credit cards balance
- Enforce cash management process among management team
- Operate store to meet or exceed operating goals
- Ensure quality products are serve to all of guests
- Create a great environment to work in
- Lead and coach management team and team members well
