Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse , ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role is crucial in supporting our distribution center's operations, particularly in the context of e-commerce and third-party logistics (3PL).
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance productivity and performance.
- Oversee the operation of warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Manage heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
- Utilize forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Skills
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory management practices.
- Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and third-party logistics (3PL) operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed while adhering to safety protocols.
- Proficient in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
