Cashier/Sales Associate/Customer Service

*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Sales associate to join our team in a dynamic Smoke Shop y store environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, efficiently handling transactions, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in retail and have a passion for helping customers. *Responsibilities* - Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with their purchases. - Upsell products to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. - Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is organized and displayed attractively. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the checkout area and store environment. - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store. - Utilize retail math skills to manage cash drawers and reconcile sales at the end of shifts. *Skills* - Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. - Experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store setting. - Ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers. - Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. - Familiarity with stock management and retail math principles is advantageous. Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales and cashiering
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
