Minimum 1 years special education experience required.

Blazer Jobs is looking for an experienced ELA Support Special Education Teacher to join a Boston-area school committed to ensuring academic growth for all students. This position focuses on providing specialized English Language Arts support for students with disabilities.

Job Duties :

Develop and implement ELA-focused lesson plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide individualized and small group instruction to support literacy development.
Assess student progress and adapt instructional strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with school staff and families to create strategies that enhance learning outcomes.
Maintain compliance with state and federal special education guidelines.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelors Degree in Special Education or English.

Licensure / Certification :

Massachusetts Teaching Certification in Special Education.
