Position: Full-Time BCBA
Location: Tallassee, AL
Compensation: Competitive Wages (based on experience)
Contract Duration: Ongoing
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address behavioral challenges and promote academic success.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure the effective and consistent implementation of behavior plans.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to behavior technicians and paraprofessionals.
- Offer professional development and training to school staff and families on behavior management strategies and best practices.
- Required: Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Preferred: Experience working in educational settings, especially with students who have autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Must meet all state and local certification/licensure requirements for Alabama.
