As a floating paraprofessional, your daily assignment will depend on which classroom is in need of assistance. Experience working with students with Autism is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering instructional support to students across different classrooms.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Support teachers in maintaining a positive, focused classroom atmosphere.
- Help with classroom management and assist with behavioral needs.
- Provide individualized support to students with Autism or other special needs (if applicable).
- Assist with the preparation and organization of instructional materials.
- Support students in daily activities, including transitions between classes or other school activities.
- Foster a safe and welcoming environment for all students.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in education or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children, especially those with Autism, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in various classroom settings.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and other school staff.
