Responsibilities:
- Performing screenings, such as vision, hearing, dental, and scoliosis
- Providing first aid and medication, as well as specialized medical treatments
- Teaching health education to students, families, and school staff
- Developing individual care plans for students and monitoring their health care
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or a related field.
- State LPN License/Certification in Washington
- Previous experience with trach care and suctioning
- 2-3 references prior to start date
Schedule:
- Start/End Dates: ASAP- February 14, 2025 (Maternity Leave)
- Hours: Full or Part Time; 25-37.5hours/week, Monday-Friday
- Caseload Details:1:1 work with two different high school students throughout the day
- If full time is desired, more hours can be picked up
