We are seeking a licensed BCBA to join our team in Yelm, WA for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time role involves working with middle school students , including those on the autism spectrum and those with various behavioral needs.Job Details:

- Hours: Full Time or Part Time
- Caseload Details: Various Caseloads Available
- Pay: $55-$65/hr
- Develop and maintain ABA programs
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Create and implement behavior plans
- Collaborate on IEPs with teachers and assist in classrooms
- Supervise RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) as needed
- Work with students with autism and other behavioral needs
- Masters degree in School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a related field
- National BCBA Certification
- Previous school experience
