Job Overview:Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Seattle, WA! In this role, you will collaborate with educators and families to support students across K-12 settings. Your expertise will help shape positive behavior interventions and contribute to a supportive learning environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to determine student needs and develop targeted interventions.
- Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral challenges.
- Provide training and consultation to teachers, staff, and families on behavior management strategies.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments.
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings, offering professional input on behavioral goals and strategies.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting with K-12 students is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and parents.
