Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create individualized support plans for students.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
- Lead IEP and 504 plan meetings, ensuring compliance with educational guidelines.
- Promote a positive school climate through behavior management and social-emotional learning programs.
- Active School Psychologist Certification in Washington, D.C. (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school-based setting.
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
