We arelooking for a full-time Paraprofessional to join the team with a fantastic school district in Concord, NH. The successful candidate willprovide support for the students in the classroom or one on one settings.
Responsibilities:
- Work with students, providing educational and behavioral support
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to implement educational plans and interventions
- Adapt and modify materials and instruction to meet individual student needs
- Assist with daily living skills, including toileting, feeding, and mobility, as needed
- Document student progress and communicate with parents and guardians as necessary
Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in an educational setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Ability to adapt and modify instruction to meet individual student needs
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
