Job Duties:
- Provide direct one-on-one or small group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to students.
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
- Collect and record data on student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Participate in regular supervision and training sessions with the supervising BCBA.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
- Active RBT certification.
- At least one year of experience working as an RBT, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
