Richmond, IN- RBT Job Opening for the 2024/2025 School Year

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Richmond, IN. If you are passionate about supporting students and helping them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally through tailored behavioral interventions, wed love to hear from you.

• Support Students 1:1
  Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for individual students, providing direct support to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development.

• Collaborate with Teachers and Families
  Partner with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure interventions align with students' academic, social, and emotional goals.

• Track Student Progress
  Monitor student behavior and document progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure the success of each student.

• Foster Positive Learning Environments
  Help create and maintain a classroom atmosphere that supports inclusivity, respect, and continuous growth.

• Required:

  • Valid RBT Certification in Indiana
  • National RBT Certification

• Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience working with students with behavioral or developmental needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a collaborative mindset
