Job Responsibilities
As an SLPA, you will :
Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined by their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in implementing therapy goals and strategies.
- Document and maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success.
- Prepare therapy materials and ensure the efficient organization of therapy sessions.
- Adhere to all school district policies and procedures.
