Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create strategies for student success.
- Conduct assessments and create plans based on students needs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized student plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and assist with conflict resolution as needed.
- Facilitate character education, behavior management, and skill-building programs.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in school counseling, counseling, or a related field.
- Valid Missouri School Counselor certification from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of best practices for supporting student well-being and school success.
