Job Description :
We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. This role involves working with K-12 students to help them develop the skills necessary to participate fully in their educational environment. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will support students physical, sensory, and cognitive development, enabling them to achieve their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess students abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to integrate therapy goals into students daily routines.
- Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the development of student goals and objectives.
- Adapt and modify school environments to support student participation and success.
- Provide training and resources to teachers and staff to support students needs.
