Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for students in the school district.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and other specialists.
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students to address behavioral and emotional issues.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and develop strategies for improvement.
- Advocate for students' educational and emotional needs within the school setting.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state School Psychologist license.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to special education and psychological services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
