This role involves working closely with school staff and families to ensure students receive the emotional, behavioral, and academic support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, including cognitive, academic, and social-emotional evaluations.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students.
- Support teachers and staff with classroom management strategies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to review student progress and update plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology.
- Illinois State licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist Endorsement (required).
- Minimum of one year of experience as a School Psychologist.
