Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Work with students on articulation, fluency, voice, and language development to support their communication skills.
Assist in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to promote student success.
Maintain accurate records and therapy documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
Requirements (Texas):
Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences.
Texas SLPA license (issued by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation).
A minimum of one year of SLPA experience in a school or clinical setting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
