We are looking for Special Education Teachers. This is an urgent fill. Please see detail below:
Location: Near Southlake, TX
Special Education Teacher
- Full-Time
- School Hours differ throughout the district
- Caseload
- Middle School About 18 students
- Resource ELA and Social Studies combined core Special Education Class
- Responsible for creating the lesson plans
- Co-teaching classes are US history (8) and TX History (7) with two teachers who have experience in co-teaching.
- Modifying assignments, quizzes and tests if a student has the accommodation in that class
- Some students will need small group pull out for these classes
- School provides SPED teachers time to do paperwork and work with our instructional coaches to complete paperwork by occasionally providing the teacher with a half-day or full-day sub.
- These students are the ones a case manager will communicate with parents, prep for ARDs, and attend the ARDs.
- Requirements:
