Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students with a variety of learning needs, both in the classroom and through one-on-one or small group sessions.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the specific needs of each student.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and other specialists to create an inclusive learning environment and ensure academic success for students with disabilities.
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting instruction and interventions as necessary.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where students can thrive socially and academically.
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school staff regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Special Education (or a related field).
- Valid California Special Education Teacher certification.

- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and assess student progress effectively.
