Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our establishment and ensure the highest standards of service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and quick service fast food environments, with proven leadership skills to manage staff, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising daily operations, managing inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Supervise staff performance, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Conduct interviews for hiring new staff members, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Manage POS systems effectively to ensure accurate transactions and reporting.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Plan and coordinate special events such as banquets, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food service industry.
- Strong background in fine dining or quick service fast food restaurant operations is preferred.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Proficient in inventory management and control practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems and their operational functionalities.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
