Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Shift Leader to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations during shifts, providing exceptional service to our guests, and leading a team of staff members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in training and development, as well as a passion for hospitality.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards.
- Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures, customer service techniques, and menu offerings.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with budgeting to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and cash management.
Skills
- Proven experience in the food service industry, with knowledge of bartending preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and staff.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and inventory management.
- Passion for coffee and beverage service is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a supervisory role is advantageous.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.13 per hour
