Front Of The House Team Member

Reports to: Manager/Supervisor
Summary
Receive guests orders and process payment. Front Of House Team Member must seat guests and bring food to the table while providing a WOW experience for guests
Principal Activities & Responsibilities
- Smile as they greet guests in the lobby
- Communicate with the floor manager
- Explaining the ordering system to all guests
- Learn POS system and 3rd party tablets
Job Requirements
- Must be the minimum age of 16
- Ability to memorize and learn our menu
- Ability to work with other Team Members
Working Conditions & Environment
- Is required to work all shifts, weekends and holidays (except Christmas & Thanksgiving)
Mandatory Requirements
- Must obtain MAST and food workers permit
- Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
