At Blazing Saddles we are looking for enthusiastic, energetic people to join our team. We rent bikes 365 days a year and have several locations throughout San Francisco, and we need strong leaders to work with us right now as we ramp up for our busy season.
We are looking for Operations Managers to oversee the activities of our staff and overall operations for all of our locations. Someone with strong leadership skills and previous experience managing a team in a customer service environment is our ideal candidate. We have a great crew of people who are devoted to delivering great customer service and they are looking for a leader to help bring them up to the next level. A strong, natural leader who is passionate about developing people, putting systems in place and creating a great work environment is who we are looking for! Previous bicycle experience is a plus, but someone with general mechanical skills and supervisory experience is much more important for this position.
