Blazy Construction, Inc would like to hire a Receptionist/AP Clerk to work with our Accounting Manager. This invaluable role will work with all departments serving as an administrative assistant providing a central communication hub where organization is key. Applicants must be familiar with business management practices, have strong organizational and time management skills and be great communicators. We truly value passionate and down-to-earth people who are driven to get things done and find creative solutions to daily challenges. Job responsibilities: * Answering and routing phone calls * Accounts Payable * Provide administrative support to the Accounting Manager * Provide administrative support to Project Admins and Managers * Order and organize office supplies * Learn, follow, and improve existing processes and procedures * Maintain and ensure office space is professional and presentable * Actively re-prioritize multiple tasks and projects to execute each one in a timely manner Qualifications and Skills: * Basic computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office 365 products * Math/accounting skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Dependability, and Teamwork skills

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
