Position Description

We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales team at BLCK Press. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships, driving revenue growth, and creating strategic sales plans that align with our mission and objectives. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to adapt strategies to reflect and amplify Black culture and community engagement.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Model company values in all communication and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales objectives with organizational goals.
  • Operations :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and forecasts.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients to achieve consistent results.
  • Leverage CRM tools to monitor sales activities, track progress, and report key metrics.
  • Ensure sales processes are efficient, scalable, and documented for consistency.
  • Client Experience :

  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Champion the voice of the customer within the organization to improve offerings and services.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Software / Tools Experience

  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Experience with data analysis tools to measure and enhance sales performance.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Monday.com or Asana.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and fostering an inclusive work environment.
