What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member and/or superintendent position at BLD Services LLC?
BLD Services, LLC, is the industry's largest CIPP Lateral lining contractor and has openings for a CIPP Technician and a CCTV Technician on its Carolina's based crew. Experience is preferred but not required as onsite training will be conducted while working with one of our current installation crews. High school and College graduates as well as former military are encouraged to apply. Pay scale is based on experience & skill set. Crew Members can expect travel about 50% of the time Mon-Fri. Typical distances of travel will be within 6 hours of Charlotte, NC. Competitive pay, per diem, 401K, insurance/benefits are available. As a Construction/CIPP Crew Professional, you will be integral to our infrastructure projects, focusing on trenchless technology and pipeline rehabilitation. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, along with CDL B or CDL A certifications. You will report to the Crew Supervisor and be expected to utilize core skills in safety protocols and equipment operation. Your premium skills in project management and teamwork will enhance our efficiency, while relevant skills in problem-solving and technical knowledge will ensure successful project outcomes. Position is labor intense and involves lifting of 50 lbs or greater and working on your feet all day. You will have to Follow safety protocols while working.
