Flexible Part-Time Test Proctor
BLE Training is currently seeking reliable and professional individuals to work as exam proctors at our Clarks Summit testing center. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a part-time position with flexible weekday and weekend hours. As an exam proctor, you will play a crucial role in paving the way for future testers. Our test centers administer some of the world's most highly regarded and high-stakes exams for academic, government, healthcare, financial, associations, and professional certification and licensing organizations.
We Offer:
- Competitive pay starts at $12-14/hour.

- Weekday and weekend hours available
Schedule:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays: 12-5
Fridays: 12-6
You'll be Responsible for:
- Greet candidates with exceptional customer service skills.
- Check testers in and provide them with proper documents and instructions.
- Assist the tester with whatever they need.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Learn about multiple different testing companies.
- Work as part of a team.
- Check candidates in and out for various licensing and certification exams.
- Maintain the security of the testing center and materials.
- Conduct video/mirror surveillance and routine walkthroughs.
- Perform general administrative duties such as reporting and customer service.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and professional testing environment.
- Provide fingerprinting services (at select locations).
- Be adaptable to unexpected situations.
This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism. Candidates should enjoy working in a focused, task-oriented setting. Prior experience is not required - we provide paid training to prepare you for success!

Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to assist in standardized testing environments
- No prior experience required, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity
- Familiarity with adult education or classroom settings is a plus
- Teaching experience is beneficial but not mandatory
