Key Holder/Sales Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Retail Key Holder to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining inventory, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

• Assist in managing daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness..
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve budgeted sales goals.
• Operate the POS system efficiently and resolve any transaction issues.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Closing the register and making sure the staff gets done the nightly task.

Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management or a related field with a strong emphasis on the following skills:

• Experience with retail sales techniques and customer service best practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for transaction handling.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Sports Knowledge or Basic knowledge of sports teams
