We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
- Utilize HRIS systems for efficient data management and reporting.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends in employee performance and engagement.
- Advise on organization design to optimize workforce effectiveness and efficiency.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee relations initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while addressing employee concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources, ideally a generalist at minimum.
- Strong knowledge of human capital management practices and principles.
- Proficiency in using HRIS tools such as ADP and PeopleSoft.
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and drive informed decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
