BCDI is adding a Front Office Manager to our administrative team! The Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the front office team, including front desk assistants, scheduling coordinators, medical triage assistants, and prior authorization coordinators. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, implementing policies and procedures, and enhancing the overall patient experience. The Front Office Manager will work closely with the Administrative Services Manager to meet operational goals and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, schedule coordination, and continuous improvement of front office functions to support quality patient care. Annual Salary Range for this position: $59,000 - $64,000 depending on education and experience.

Requirements
- High School diploma with Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2 years of management and/or supervision experience required.
- 3 years of computer experience, including advanced proficiency in EMR system is a must, willingness to learn new systems required.
- Prior authorization experience preferred.
- Must be able to function as a team member, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be able and willing to adjust to a flexible workload.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Must be able to independently lift up to 20 lbs.
Salary : $59,000 - $64,000
