BCDI is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant II for our finance team! Our ideal candidate will have experience in a medical environment reconciling/reviewing general ledger accounts, performing month-end closing tasks, as well as preparing various financial reports for the Accounting Manager. The BCDI Staff Accountant II supports the Accounting Manager through investigation of monthly budget-to-actual variances, billing and collections, and assists in providing the information/support needs of internal departments and external audit firm. Salary Range: $68,000 - $74,000 depending on education and experience

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or combined education & experience.
- 4 years general ledger accounting experience, including journal entries. Reconciliations in a medical office a plus.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP a plus.
- Extreme attention to detail, high level of professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel. Quickbooks experience a plus.
- Involvement with process improvement.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work on a team as well as independently and drive results.
Salary : $68,000 - $74,000
