General Description: Troubleshoot and repair electrical machinery using VOM and schematics, Wire electrical enclosures, motors, PLC terminals, and electrical devices using a VOM and schematic.
Perform basic PLC program and troubleshooting.
Reports to: Production Manager / Maintenance Eng.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the electrical in the building and presses.
- Read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints
- Wiring equipment
- Supervisor the Maintenance team
Minimum Educational Qualifications (If Applicable):
- High School diploma
Minimum Previous Experience (If Applicable):
- Experience in A/C 120/208/470 Volts
- Experience with EMT tube bend and rigid pipe
- Electrical experience
- PLC experience
- Wiring and troubleshooting electric circuit per schematic
Minimum Additional Training (If Applicable):
- Company’s Quality Management System
- ISO 9001:2015 awareness
