Objectives :
The prime objective of the Bleigh Construction Company Project Manager / Estimator is to provide project and billing oversight, management, and estimating potential projects along with controlling costs, procuring supplies, and client relations. Working together as a member of the Bleigh team in the office and the field.
Specific Duties :
- Work with a broad range of work in these fields : industrial, commercial, public, and federal.
- Must be able to estimate a wide scope of work in the fields mentioned above.
- Schedule and oversee projects in the field.
- Provide project cost controls.
- Ensure billings are accurate and timely.
- Provide superior client relations with clear communication.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and occasionally loud.
