Retail Sales Associate | Part-time (2 days a week)
Blend Indoor Outdoor - Home Decor Boutique - Located in the Historic Shoppes of Avondale
Blend is a high-end home decor store based in Jacksonville. We are a family owned and operated business that is seeking a sales oriented person with a passion for interior design. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to consult 1 on 1 with clients recommending interior design and delighting customers with your service. You will also feel great when the customer shows you how your idea worked perfectly in their home.
A typical day will be spent helping customers and cultivating relationships with them. You will be asked to design vignettes in store and give your ideas with merchandising. Also making sure we have inventory and products on the floor that suit our customers. Interacting with local interior design firms helping them fulfill their design ideas.
Responsibilities :
- Helping customers with décor advice
- Selling while providing a wonderful customer experience
- Retail store related administrative tasks
- Pack and ship online orders

The Details :
Days are flexible, around 14 hours per week. We are a retail store, so two Saturdays per month and additional hours during holiday periods will be required.
