Job Description: We are seeking a highly competent Bilingual Spanish English Translator and Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication, translating documents, and providing training to Spanish-speaking employees. Working closely with Management and Human Resources, this role is critical in ensuring seamless interactions and comprehension across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a translator between Spanish and English for management and human resources
- Facilitate communication and interactions with Spanish-speaking employees
- Assist in the planning and delivery of training sessions for Spanish-speaking employees
- Translate documents, training materials, and other written communications
- Support the integration of Spanish-speaking employees into the company culture
- Provide assistance with general administrative tasks as needed
- Must have the ability to work on your feet for a good part of the day, interacting with production Managers and production Staff.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Experience in translation and/or training is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
